Are retail stockists required to have a physical store location?
Yes, we do require our Retail Stockists to have a physical, brick-and-mortar, presence. For other retailer arrangements, we may approve online retailer accounts through AppScenic.
Do we allow stockists or retailers to sell in online marketplaces?
No. We do not allow Retail Stockists or any approved online retailer to sell on third party marketplaces, such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc. Approved retailers may only sell in their physical stores and on their own company websites that do not tie into other retail channels.
